TECHNICAL MANPOWER DIVISION

Our Manpower division is powered to meet the staffing requirements of oil and gas companies, enterprises, government agencies, and construction contractors. From Project Engineers and Foremen to Document Controllers and Heavy Drivers, our Manpower Division packs in the required workforce for a worry-free project management..

Manpower Quality

We ensure only the best in our team and assure the same through strict screening processes. The right candidates are identified on the basis of a five-level screening process and once selected they are given a week's orientation on safety standards, work nature and the importance of team work.

The Positive Edge:

By signing the contractor receives the required workforce INCLUSIVE of:

  • Insurance
  • Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and transportation

The minimum mobilization period is 15 days. However, the period can be shortened based on the urgency of the requirement. We strengthen manpower through our administration centers in Doha and India and the internationally positioned recruitment centres.

Powerman International

Our project managers oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish. They are the liaisons between Powerman and customers to make sure that the project is completed timely, efficiently and professionally. Quality and service are our top priorities. .
